3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days, depending on your payment method.
3.3 Non-Refundable Rates
Reservations made under non-refundable rates will not be eligible for a refund.

Check-in time: 3 PM
Check-out time: Noon
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, National ID, driver’s license) at check-in.
4. Rates and Charges
Rates displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
All charges include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Additional services or amenities requested during your stay may incur extra charges.

Suites: 2 guests
Smoking or the illicit use of substances is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Violations will result in a fine of 100,000 Naira.
6. Loyalty Program
Guests participating in our loyalty program are subject to the program’s specific terms and conditions, which are available on our Loyalty Program page.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.
Damages caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the guest.
Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.
